Tacos de papa

Potato tacos, these are deep fried… man I dont think I can explain how good these are. I love meat but a good potato taco is something that if done right… you have my life in your hands. Thats why in this blog whenever I say “magician” its because thats what I think mexican cooks can do. 

It amazes me that the best food I have had in Mexico is from the very streets. I love it. and if you have been to Mexico you know it too.
