Country Mouse

My mom is making me write one of those realllllly detailed wedding announcements for the local paper, like so:

The bride wore a strapless, mermaid-style gown, with tiered lace and a sweetheart neckline, a beaded satin belt, and a tea-length tulle veil with lace edging. 

Maggie’s attendants (bridesmaids? please?) wore cocktail-length chiffon dresses with varying necklines in complimentary shades of blush, charcoal, vanilla, champagne.
