Country Mouse

One time in law school I made a nectarine tart from the Martha Stewart Baking Handbook that required the fruit to be cut into tiny slivers and folded into two dozen little roses.  Ha! What ridiculous amounts of free time I had back then. This is not that tart.  This one is peach, is rather “rustic,” and turned out shaped sort of like the Chrysler logo, which I think is totally appropriate for the office.  Maggie Rentz, esq.:  Specializing in insolvency-themed pastries since 2009.
